      Excellent and amazing company to work for. There is a real family attitude toward every employee.

      Hours, co-workers, and the initial training

      Cons

      Office Managers don't want to do their jobs. Micro-manage. Hardly any women in upper management. "Good Ol Boys" seems to be their requirement for upper management.

      VP, Managers, and Executive team cannot sell but wants everyone to be experts. Commission pay-out are industry low. Favoritism for lesser employees.
