Pros

Nesco is an ethical, well managed, and family friendly company to work for. The team in Omaha has been in place for over 20 years and are great to work for.

Cons

My only real complaint would be they need another office on the East side of town to capture business downtown and in Council Bluffs.

Work atmosphere and colleagues were good

Cons

Bosses are very vindictive.They are ready to fire even for a minor and bonafide mistake without warning or notice.They suggest either submit resignation or the company will dismiss.Inhuman attitude.
