Its a contract position and that is all you will ever be. Your job could be gone at any minute, the oilfield crash took out a lot of people

Cons

I worked in the Cleveland office for two years and it was the worst experience. The language in the office is less than professional, foul mouths, from the office admin to the recruiting staff and Managers. Too much joking around, very inappropriate to say the least.
