      My coworkers we're a band of brother just trying to get through day by day while upper management gave us no direction or had literal tantrums in the office. I felt really bad for my direct manager, they worked really hard to keep us motivated. But we all made it out and I'm proud of them.

      Cons

      A lot. No direction from leadership, and in fact no leadership actually. One of our VP's actually tried to take back commissions from our BDM (AFTER THE FACT!!!) and the commission structure was always being "revamped" somehow. They didn't care about their internal employees and you can tell by their high turnover rate.
