- micromanagement everywhere - toxic work environment/office favoritism - branch manager is filled with ego and only cares for numbers, has no connection to his team, kisses up to upper management - the accounts we work are dead, the systems we source on are dry, scrapping the bottom of the barrel to get a hire - expectation constantly goes up even if the market is declining - shallow corporate jargon everyday - team lead who kisses up to branch manager - office environment feels like a prison cell - bottom of the barrel benefits - no long term career growth, likely a slight increase in pay and title change - most people are making a very low salary even people who have been there for years - poor work life balance
