Lots of tools to do your job. Invest in training. Opportunity to advance.

Cons

Need to invest more in marketing so they will have more name recognition and get more business. Often compare markets that are very different. Apples and oranges. More competition in Boston than Albany, for example. Need to hire salespeople with staffing experience.

Fridays work from home. Was close to home for me

Cons

Training and communication sucked. Pushing training when on the job training does better. Focused too much on the search on monster and career builder but not on interview and what to ask.
