Horrible training that would be completely opposite of the training a week prior, rude management talking poorly of their clients in the office as they sat in the waiting room, treating staff completely awful, especially if you are older in age, refusing to use hiring sites that cost money so you go on monster for hours a day to try to find qualified employees being asked to call 50 a day between 3/4 people in a small area we would all end up calling the same people and after getting them on the phone we weren’t allowed to tell them the company we were even trying to hire for? All of my ideas in the morning meeting were shot down only to be done by my co-worker at a later date and then would take credit for it. All around a bad environment
