Pros

Great people worked at this location. They became like my family being such a small office. High-performing team came with perks like outings on company dime. It was a great starting job for me coming right out of college.

Cons

The work was tough. You have to have the right personality for it. The pay wasn't great but the benefits outweighed the negatives at that time.
