The work is easy to do and you keep busy.

Cons

Little upward mobility Hard to get temps to stay at assignments Too much focus on having bodies on site to fill the quota rather than retention Terrible pay for the amount of work you do. Lowest I've seen in this industry

Commission. My co-worker was the only thing that made that job enjoyable.

Cons

It is a true good old boys club where management is the only thing that matters. And if your a woman just keeping scrolling past any internal job. They never promote within and they never pay fair raises or commissions. Work/life balance doesn't exist. And if you actually stand up to management and point something they are doing wrong or you are not happy with them you have a discussion about attitude. Also those surveys that are anonymous about management are not. If you write a bad one they will tell your manager.
