-Run your own schedule -Good PTO - LITERALLY that's it

Cons

- No management/ direction - LITERALLY received no training - thrown out to the wolves - Terrible commission structure - commission are cut in half after 1 year with a client and they don't tell you this upon hiring you - Recruiters are lazy and complain about reqs - Constant battle for clients between LI and Technical group instead of working together as a company - No incentives or bonuses provided for employees - Work environment - No direction from upper management - Had no Branch Manager for a failing branch - Under staffed - have nowhere near the amount of recruiters needed to fill the job reqs- "In sales, you're only as good as your recruiters" - CRM system is out of date - NO METRIC SYSTEM - so nobody is held accountable -
