Good benefits and good team

Have to push subscriptions constantly even if the customer clearly doesn’t want to get one.

Salary and benefits were okay

Cons

Wish I could have read some reviews before joining. Too much politics and favoritism. You just hope if you can get some decent manager otherwise you are screwed. HR people are sitting ducks. No feedback or action or performance improvement ideas and zero empathy
