Hello, We are proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks, and we strive to develop and promote our talent from within. Our Retail team does have a senior leader as well as a dedicated team to organize operations. Our VPs regularly visit stores nationwide, myself included, even when I’m traveling for work or personal reasons, I make time to visit our stores as I enjoy engaging with our boutique teams in store. Thank you, Barbara La Rocca VP of HR, Nespresso USA

Hello Retail Store Manager, It’s great to read that you’ve been with us for 3-4 years and enjoy your colleagues. We are proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks, and we strive to develop and promote our talent from within. Our people are key to our success, many of our employees have grown with us by taking advantage of our many learning and development programs which include learning about our core values and sustainability initiatives. We also offer our employees opportunities to visit Nespresso coffee farms, which are incredible ways to communicate and learn from our partners. Pros

As a stock person if you’re quick you can get away with loafing around

Cons

More is added to your tasks past required job functions if you’re too quick physically.

Hello Stock Associate, Your review features a conflicting view on the benefits of being “quick” in your role. It sounds like you have the potential to grow, as you’re clearly able to do your job quickly, and although you may be doing so in order to “get away with loafing around”, your actions show that you can take on more. I encourage you to lean into these additional opportunities and ask your manager how you can turn these added tasks into an opportunity to grow with Nespresso USA. I’d like to welcome you to contact me directly to discuss further, happy to help. Thank you, Barbara La Rocca VP of HR, Nespresso USA
