Hello, Thank you for your review and your years of tenure at Nespresso USA. I read with much interest your analysis of our work environment, which is very accurate. People and Passion are part of our DNA and when combined they are the key ingredients of our growth and success. I am always happily surprised to meet employees with such passion and commitment to the Brand. It fuels me! Your point regarding our IT infrastructure is valid but note that several projects are in the pipeline to allow us to grow and be more agile with our tools. Thank you for your feedback on my communication style. I am a big believer in transparent and open communication, so we all have the same level of understanding of our business and our ambitions. Best, Guillaume Le Cunff President @ Nespresso USA

Pros

Nespresso is the first company (out of 5) I can stand behind the brand because I love this company. It's an amazing feeling to work for a brand that you truly love, as it brings another level of passion for your work. I am a personal promoter of Nespresso because I truly love the brand and the product, as I happily consume our coffee daily. Our commitment to sustainability and our company purpose makes it easy to love the company, as we contribute the most to coffee sustainability in all of our supplier farms globally (industry-wide). Nespresso is an excellent team overall. I love working with my peers, and we promote a lot of cross-functional work, allowing you to immerse yourself in multiple facets of the business. The company is growing rapidly, which is exciting and challenging everyday. I love staying busy, and improving our business, while watching us grow week by week. In parallel, our leadership team fosters growth of all of us, and if you show commitment and positive results then you will be presented many opportunities to continue your personal and departmental growth. Benefits are excellent too.

Hi - Thank you for your post and your extensive years of service at Nespresso. We are happy to read that you are a proud Brand Ambassador and we commend you for such dedication. Our commitment to sustainable practices started in 2003 with the launch of our AAA program. Throughout the years, we have been working closely with our farmers, our agronomists and other partners on the ground to better our standards and provide customers with the best coffee. We are constantly striving to satisfy our customers with innovation and also by expanding our network of Boutiques across the U.S. Our growth provides opportunities to all in all areas of the business, to develop and take initiatives. Thank you for your enthusiasm. Guillaume Le Cunff President @ Nespresso USA

Hi and thank you! We greatly appreciate your 8+ years of service with the company. As we are part of the Nestlé group, we are able to offer great benefits that employees enjoy, on top of our coffee perks. Regarding your comments on your working hours, I am unfamiliar with your situation. I would advise you to speak to your HR Manager and your Manager regarding your hours and workload. Should you like to provide more specific information regarding your experience, please contact me or our confidential employee help-line at 888-424-2409. Thank you for your input.
