Hello Colleague, We appreciate your feedback and review. While it is good to hear you find the people in our organization great, it is disappointing to read your comments about the areas you see as cons. From my view, we invest a great deal in our leadership teams, our rewards packages are market-competitive, and we provide opportunities across the company for our people to develop their careers. Given we are demanding and striving for excellence, we want every person to find their right fit within our company. As a leader in our company, I encourage you to come forward with your perspective. Learning more from you will help us improve the areas of opportunity which you see. Please feel free to contact your Leadership Team member, BEO, or me. Wishing you much success. Best regards, Guillaume Le Cunff, CEO

Pros

Very competitive wage, specially for Coffee Specialists. Wages increase each year depending on personal performance. On top of that decent bonus structure, free machine and monthly coffee allowance. If you deliver results and wish to progress up towards management, Nespresso will support you. Most of the managers, assistant managers and Supervisors started as Coffee Specialists. It is hard work, KPIs are sometimes tricky to deal with but not impossible.

Cons

Nessoft till system not good enough, constantly crashing and affecting sales. Obvious disharmony between boutiques and Nespresso Club in terms of refunds and exchange policies. Nespresso club pretty much rewards every customer that makes a complaint about anything, while the boutiques stick to the policies. Supervisor wages not much higher than Sales Assistants, and responsibility very much like Assistant Managers.

A TECH DISASTER!

Pros

Friendly co-workers who are genuinely helpful, depending on where you work .

Cons

Terrible outdated POS system that causes a lot of stress for retail staff and customers alike. (Windows 7!!! I'm not kidding! Hasn't been updated in over 5 years and keeps breaking down, and that's only if you can actually log on to the system, which takes forever. This often results in abuse from customers so is incredibly stressful... Also convoluted and overly complicated procedures for in-store subscription, among other things.... promo codes supplied by HQ are also often unreliable, leading to more confusion and headaches. The tech department never offers its retail stores any decent support and they are just expected to suffer with it all.
