      Pros

      Pay well for a retail job, quarterly bonuses, lots of extra perks. Amazing, family-like environment for the most part. Fun "coffee moments" etc.

      Cons

      Expectations are constantly shifting, communication can be lacking, little positive reinforcement/encouragement.
