Pros

The benefits are great. Coffee Specialist relationships are motivators during this stressfull environment

Cons

The fratenizing amongst upper management and other employees. The opportunity for advancement. Forget it if your not a family member, or significant other. The micormanagement. Having turned a stressfull environment in a customer relationship center into more stress because of petty nonsence.

Pros

Better pay than other retail jobs, free machine, free coffee

Cons

Terrible working conditions: the air conditioning and heat both do not work, you have to wear coats and gloves indoors and risk heat exhaustion in summer. Managers choose a target to dispose of and work against that person by a campaign of lies and passive aggressiveness. Do not apply if you have a medical restriction, no matter how mild, it will be held against you. Micromanaging to the extreme, down to everything you say. They also speak of diversity, but employees are misgendered and deadnamed.

Pros

- favoritism -if you are related to a manager , married to a former manager’s sibling you can get any role you want - time theft: managers who work remote are not really working. They get fake manager titles so they can remain on the payroll. There are managers who never come to the office and have fake manager titles on paper receive a paycheck for 20 years but they are not really working from home. They are raising kids and doing things that have nothing to do with work but are still on the payroll wink wink

Cons

-Corrupt Human resources management that intimidates employees and whistleblowers - horrible pay -corrupt gossip and clicks - office managers who falsely accuse coffee specialists of stealing to deflect attention away from the fact that they are taking cups and items from the kitchen . They falsely accuse employees to deflect attention away from their corrupt actions
