Hello, Thank you for recognizing Nespresso USA as a “Great place to work”, I agree, the people that work here are amazing! It’s wonderful to see that you’ve been with us for 3-4 years, our people are key to our success, and we strive to develop and promote our talent from within. We’re proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks, and our sustainability initiatives are supported by employee learning opportunities which include trips to coffee farms. Nespresso USA is one of the fastest growing markets within Nespresso Global, our leadership team is empowered to make market decisions for our business as every market is different. Transparency and communication are very important to our leadership team, we’ve made significant improvements to our monthly all employee meetings by making them more accessible via our internal social media platform, Workplace, which has been a great tool to help us communicate and engage with all our employees in a timely manner. Thank you for your feedback, I hope you will connect with me and continue sharing. Thank you, Barbara La Rocca VP of HR, Nespresso USA

Pros

Very good benefits, amazing coffee, competitive pay. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth and the employee population is very diverse. Extensive training and continuous education. I have never work for such a customer centric (both internal and external) organization. I truly love my job and the company I work for!

Cons

At times the stores can be incredibly busy and the associate workload is physically demanding. The retails teams definitely get there steps in.

Hello District Manager, Thank you for sharing that you “truly love your job and the company you work for”, this really shows with your 5-7 years at Nespresso USA. We’re proud to offer competitive benefit programs and great perks, and we strive to develop and promote our talent from within. Our people are key to our success, many of our employees have grown with us by taking advantage of our many learning and development programs, many of which are “customer centric”. Our boutique teams do an amazing job delivering a best-in-class customer experience, even on the busiest of days, our teams know how to deliver! Great advice, we will continue to be open to change and suggestions from our dynamic workforce, please feel free to reach out to me directly to share feedback. Thank you, Barbara La Rocca VP of HR, Nespresso USA
