Pros

Free coffee although allowance has been halved this year

Cons

Management team are not trained to handle new concept store. The point of sale is so antiquated it does not link up with the eftpos machine. Error is easy and the staff members are blamed for the computer system failure. For instance it is a wharehouse system used in a retail setting. You cannot even scann merchandise you have to find codes. You also are not always allowed to go to the bathroom and beg the manager to do so.

Pros

Great product, well developed policies regarding procedures. High standards for production and execution.

Cons

Poor leadership at regional level, unprofessional and poor communicators. They don't motivate and rally the region to become more effective. Corporate culture of Nespresso is weak, no internal values to govern and guide behaviours.

Pros

The product is amazing Sustainability initiatives and their ethical responsibility in regards to ensuring that coffee farmers are well off and cared for Health insurance and 401K Quarterly bonuses

Cons

Ridiculously high expectations Very high turnover rate (at least from my location) Training is RUSHED, they should know better than to do that esp at high volume locations Not a lot of help or assistance from higher up management Entitled customers who are incredibly disrespectful (I have been in unsafe/hostile customer situations) Very outdated POS system
