Great salary. Great Bonus. Free coffee machine. Free monthly coffee allowances - 100 capsules part-time - 200 for full-timers. Gifts every few weeks. Can drink any amount of coffee.

Cons

Toxic environment as all they care about is figures. Get pressured into up selling.

The culture is fantastic. It's very innovative, collaborative and they genuinely want to ensure everyone is looked after. Development and career opportunities, I've never worked at a company with as many opportunities for someone to grow - both locally and globally.

Cons

The technology and systems. It's so archaic and painful, it's a cause of pain for staff.
