      Free staff orders, comprehensive and extensive training (over a few days), high end brand, supportive network.

      Cons

      Maybe the 1 con could be the grooming guidelines are extremely strict, I found some to be a bit tedious and nitpicky (eg: No pins or hair ties showing but your hair must be up when past collarbone length). It just means you have to be more high maintenance, particularly with hair.
