Pros

- Nespresso is part of Nestle, so you have an opportunity to move to Nestle at some point. - Middle management team is great!

Cons

- Salaries are at least 10K lower then what you'll get for just the same job in other FMCG companies - Last minute requests, as well as emails and calls in evening hours and on weekends is a norm - Work -life balance does not exist - Some difficult personalities in top management
