Pros

Top-of-the-market brand, extremely fun to work with / Motived and talented employee pool / Lots of career advancement opportunities (including to Nestlé)

Cons

The typical large, multinational corporation drawbacks: not always super agile, from time-to-time a disconnect with local markets, things like that...

Pros

New management brings a lot of innovation and exciting projects. Younger management style , more adapted to Y/Z generations. Be part of Nestlé and it's benefit, good Bonus, many advantages for mobility, Meals, free coffee and discounts on Nespresso products

Cons

Difficulties to focus, this company for years have been unable to focus on few priorities and wants to do everything at the same time. Many teams are permanently under pressure and very hard work. IT systems are not at the standard of high performing & agile organisations .
