      Pros

      Nespresso is an amazing company to work for. It is fast growing and there is opportunity for growth. You get back what you put in.

      Cons

      Strict formal uniform policy. Not a regular schedule with nights and weekends. This can be a high stress work environment during the holidays

      Pros

      The passion for the company with everyone you encounter is truly inspiring. Nespresso cares for everyone that works for them from the farmers who they get their coffee from to the coffee to the boutique coffee specialist who are the most customer facing employees in the entire company. The benefits and compensation are fantastic as well. I've never worked for such a wonderful (in everyway) company.

      Cons

      I suppose the only con would be that it is an operationally heavy company but again you are generously compensated for ALL the work you do so I'm not sure it could be considered a con.

At Nespresso, passion is in our DNA and coffee is at the heart everything we do. I will take your comments about caring for the farmers and all employees, as a compliment.
