Pros

People working at Nespresso are very helpful when you reach for help. And throwing benefit are great. Managers are willing to have one in one meetings and group meeting to get feed back for the team. And find a way to improve the team, and store together.

Cons

It take a while for HR to get my pay stuff and some of the important information for me to use in store. Feel like the HR and store management have many miss communication.

Hello – thank you for sharing your feedback. I am glad to read about your experience working in a Boutique with a great supportive team. We want our leaders to support and inspire their team members to work efficiently and provide customers with the best experience. Our organization strives to resolve pay matters and employee information needs quickly. We have great tools to help us with these efforts such as Kronos and the weekly Newsletter. If you have any unresolved items, please speak to the BTQ Manager or the HR Manager assigned to your BTQ. I know they will quickly resolve the situation for you. Thank you.
