Pros

Free capsules every month A good pay to start but not clear how to grow in the company.

Cons

The customer is always right even if he isn't, they should encourage Club members to learn how to use their machines and accept that sometimes at the Boutiques it takes time to get them their orders or other Club members before it's their turn.

Cons

- Controlled Enviroment - Timed bathroom breaks - schedule changing weekly - Supervisors on the web or playing with their phones. Not a good example when the rest of the floor is working hard - Favoritism

Hi – Thank you for submitting your review. Yes, we offer many benefits that employees are happy to enjoy. By the way, all products we provide our employees, including the machines, are new; we have not provided refurbished machines for several years now. The Customer Relationship Center (CRC) requires a solid organizational structure and operational ground rules to provide the 24/7 world class service we pride ourselves on. These business practices are common to all customer service centers in the US. We have heard from many employees who worked in call centers in the past that our business practices at the CRC do provide a great deal more flexibility than our market competitors. Regarding your comments on the supervisors, I agree with you that we must all role-model the same behaviors.
