Pros

Loads of learning possibility. Good colleaugues. Plenty of exposure to complex issues. Wider Nestle group open. Great brand and products. Opportunity for expatriation is good.

Cons

Depressing recycling of underperformer to posh top roles. This is highly demotivating. Younger professionals need to look up and be inspired. How?
