Pros

-Great Benefits -Low turnover even in Customer Service Team -Training is taken seriously, especially to become a coffee expert

Cons

- Decisions are slow and everything depends on global guidelines approved in Switzerland, so it means the company falls behind on improvements on websites and use of social media - Growth opportunities for Customer Service are limited

Pros

Great casual wages and better on weekends. Uniform included and great paid training. Very team based approached with group KPI's and focus more on customer experience in order to achieve sales targets.

Cons

Very strict grooming standards and guidelines. Overall I really enjoyed working at Nespresso, especially as a part-time job while at uni.
