Pros

The coffee is excellent quality

Cons

Extreme politics. Management sleeping with employees and then promoting them. They have no understanding of the U.S. market. I worked for them for over 5 years and had the 2nd highest sales nationally and was threatened to be fired every day during the entire time I worked for them. They play favoritism unlike anything I have ever witnessed. Their performance requests are off the chart. During the time in which I was with the company the average length of time a sales rep would work for the company was 8 months; which was about the lengthy of time it took to look for and find a new job. I has 30+ years of experience in sales and I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.
