Rapid growth High-quality, Best in Class products (machines and coffee) Market Leader in Gourmet coffee Sharing your ideas and making them into executable strategies is encouraged no matter what level within the organization. Best in Class Customer Service Strong benefits package and "perks"

Cons

Business is growing faster than infrastructure Outdated systems (but integrating SAP based upgrades starting in 2011) Salary compensation within certain positions is below fair market value Small group in US...not a lot of upward mobility. Advancement may require relocation internationally.

Pros

Good pay, nice colleagues with good education, good feedback and follow up from management and administration upon leave. Good training. Overall positive.

Cons

Working hours were long, a lot of weekends to work and planning was not always good. Not very flexible at that.
