Pros

Once you’re able to get into your zone, you’re able to complete your tasks efficiently. When dealing with customers, I barely had any issues with them. I also liked how I was paid weekly instead of biweekly. Overall, it was a nice retail job!

Cons

I don’t have much to say about the company (even though I don’t like Nestle). My main issue is the unprofessional environment one of the leads created when things weren’t done their way especially towards their younger workers.

Disjointed and toxic

Pros

Quarterly coffee credit, pay and benefits.

Cons

Upper management and corporate expectations are absurd. Antiquated POS system makes the customer and employee journeys stressful. HR department is run by amateurs who create a hostile and unpredictable work environment. Nespresso values only apply to some. Irresponsible upper management do not understand professionalism.

day to day repetitive work, big shipments of coffee to merchandise
