      Career Growth - i joined as SSE and moved to Project manager Work life Balance - Well balanced Career advancement opportunities - i got opportunities to work in multiple technology, client and projects Digital/niche technologies -At Ness we get opporchunities to work on Salesforce, ML and AI Opportunity to participate in hackathons - i have participated and rewarded Codefest, TechTribe events - interesting events to attend Focus on continuous learning and access to assessment tool and learning - various trainings are conducted every month platforms, compensation, rewards and recognition, CSR and engagement programs - all are good

      Pros

      Flexibility (work from home, remote work, employee-friendly organization, understanding people, motivated and proactive workforce, leadership is genuine and practices what they preach

      Cons

      it's such a flexible work environment that it may be a huge shock to someone coming from the outside or from a very structured and disciplined background. This does not mean there is no structure or discipline, on the contrary, there's structure with purpose.

      Pros

      - More of captive kind of environment, totally depends on client - Work -s reasonable, not hectic

      Cons

      - Senior management in India is not capable - Just waiting for things to happen - More focus on QA , no place for Developers - Sr. Management not technically aware
