Pros

People-friendly atmosphere. Great place to grow one's career. There is a great opportunity for career advancement. Every month there will be training sessions on different technology and we can join any session we want there is no restrictions on learning. ​ Work life balance is great, on very few ocassion you will have to work beyond your shift, no one will bother you on weekends! Salary is always credited on time. Compensation is good.

I don't see any pros here

Cons

1. No proper hikes 2. No clients, they were not able to bring client for a duration of 2 years 3. Good clients leave (ex flexera, cdk)
