Pros

Has great employee benefits. Has a great retention rate, and opportunities of professional development. High possibility to transfer to other offices around the world.

Cons

I worked as an MBA intern during last summer in the past weekend for Latin America, and unfortunately they do not have a program to hire MBAs such as they have them in other regions, so you end your summer without an offer, though it is a great experience and a great name in your resume.

Pros

Nest is fast paced, demanding and because of that extremely rewarding. It still has the feeling of a startup bringing new challenges every day but since the acquisition by Google (now Alphabet) we have the opportunity to grow, faster. I have never worked with a more dedicated, hard working and talented group of people. You feel like you're part of something pretty amazing. Nest has a very open culture There is an incredible amount of thought to the design and quality of the products we make. Great comp and benefits Work/life balance

Cons

It can be a tough company to work for. Nest requires you to step up daily to help them create some awesome products. If you're looking for a relaxing job where you can become an office wallflower then working at Nest Labs would not be for you.
