      Pros

      Great place to work. Hybrid work structure, and a great benefits package, along with a bunch of discounts via Perkopolis. You also get to buy items at great discounts from the Nestle store.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Even the pay levels are pretty high compared to the rest of the industry.
