Pros

My experience with this company was awesome. It's a great place to work. My manager, Rajnish Kumar, is kind and very helpful. Regarding the other manager, he is also an amazing person. The company itself is very good, and the best thing is the flexible work hours—you can come and go anytime.

Cons

The HR department sometimes forces employees to comply with unrelated matters. When requesting leave or work-from-home for a few days, approvals can be delayed or denied. Additionally, some HR employees are not very cooperative.

1.Work environment is good 2.Managers are experienced and they help you with all the things like training and technical helps. Behavior with Developers is very they will always talk to you in polite manner

Cons

1.Salary hike is low 2.They will let you go if you are asking for good hike .
