While it’s hard to hear your experience was so negative, it’s important that we know and address any situations that are not reflective of our dedication to training and onboarding of our newcomers. This is truly the cornerstone of our business, especially as we grow. Of course, in addition to onboarding, we are always looking for ways to ensure our employees have the opportunity for learning and professional development. This includes more formal training and education opportunities, such as our Learning Management System as well as our Net@Work University sessions.
