Pros

Great work environment. Smart people. A collaborative environment where people help each other. I've worked here for 8 years and compared to other Fortune 500 companies I've worked before, NetApp is far and away the best! It's an environment where the company trusts employees to get their jobs done and empowers us to make important business decisions at every level.

Cons

NetApp promotes work/life balance which does not equal laziness as some have suggested. It hasn't been my experience.
