      Change is a constant

      Pros

      There WAS a great communications team - sharp, supportive, collaborative, smart and connected to the business. Work was fast paced and challenging in a good way.

      Cons

      Comms was greatly relied upon yet not valued. Constantly needing to justify our role. Too much change with a do more with less attitude.

      Good culture overall but depends on the team you are in - some are better than others. There are some really talented and hard working people.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs. Some departments have bad management. Lots of silos which hinder collaboration.
