Pros
One of the pros of working at NetApp was the exposure to enterprise-scale data management and cloud technologies. I had opportunities to learn integration and automation at a global scale, while working in a collaborative environment that encouraged growth.
Cons
NetApp has been a great place to learn, but because it’s a large enterprise, sometimes the pace of change is slower and roles are very specialized.
