Pros
Great leadership from George K all the way to local leaders. Feels like a tech start-up but with the added bonus of tonnes of support from good people. Everyone is willing to lend a hand. Cool tech strategy and compelling partnerships with cloud providers. No egos and is very focused on driving diversity. Excellent benefits and lots of recognition. Attitude towards work-life balance is easily the best I've witnessed.
Cons
As with many companies, maintaining a strong culture was hard during the pandemic, probably lost a few more folks than it would have liked due to the 'great resignation'.
