Pros

It actually gives opportunity for anybody and everybody to grow! yes. A person with talent can go far. The open culture an candor play major role. Off late a lot of information is being passed through to all levels!

Cons

Too much of time and energy wasted in consensus building and project tracking. At times hanging on to processes for sake of it!. Recently pessimism is getting upper hand! Under-committing is getting the lead.
