Pros

Focus on customers, partners and employees drives the culture. Culture is all about teamwork and winning together - not as individuals. Great opportunities to add value. Excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Low attrition can impact upward mobility. NetApp has been focused on one product and needs to learn to deliver several products, platforms, programs and messages to the market.

Pros

Great colleges and a good work environment, combined with challenging roles and lots of opportunities to volunteer for special projects. Great technology!

Cons

Limited or no processes force a lot of meeting time and redundancy on many levels. Basically the company is still operating in many areas like a start-up, but has outgrown start-up size quite a few years ago.
