Pros
Great benefits great people great company culture alot of in-house training classes offered and encouraged for the most part good leadership, especially at the top level.
Cons
Organizations are sometimes siloed in their thinking and planning. Attrition seems to be higher than it should for such a great company. R&D not global in their thinking/development of products.
