Business Outlook
Pros
Impressive large company. Great intra-company website where you will be setup without any issue, and has links to everything you need including training and education to improve yourself. Everything just works. Management team and culture is first class, down to earth and is great story. Culture is what makes NetApp great. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Only cons would be company is not as successful in years past, but still doing ok. With any large company, career leaps and any recognition may be very limited. Not many perks as you would expect (besides volunteer time off and Friday bagels), but they are stable and some jobs are remote friendly.
