Great employer, super benefits, excellent flexibility for working styles. Super place to earn loads of money and hide for real work.
Cons
Flip flop company strategy, no long term goals or ideas. Jus hit react to latest results. Constantly banging on about company culture and how fantastic everyone is, then an annual redundancy round with little or no noticeable change in executive leadership other than those that self select out.
