Pros
There is a lot of support for ideas in my group. If I think up something that could be valuable they let me run with it and I am at the bottom. I have shared my ideas with the founder and gotten feedback for no reason but that is the way the company works.
Cons
I am fortunate that I really don't have any problems. Maybe the area where my desk is is a bit noisy but if I whined about things like that ....
