Pros
All sorts of perks, such as a high number of annual vacation, days to volunteer, etc. Company with high requirements, morally.
Cons
Too slow of a pace. Lots of free time because of the management not being ready for the next challenge. Business of storage might fit some. Definitely not most. Lack of coordination between different R&D centers.
