Pros

Good culture, friendly colleagues, nice pay and perks. Life work balance is great at least in my department.

Cons

Engineering development environment is getting really strict and less flexible due to the recent security upgrade.

Great technology (actually unbelievable software) Good+ engineers Good+ management remain Weekly beer bash (in RTP anyway)

Engineers considered commodity items Engineering productivity completely discounted Losing WAY too many good engineer Board of directors are determined to drive company into the dirt Bad management cancer is limiting career opportunities Bad management cancer is spreading (metric Nazi's - see above)
