Pros

Flexible Work Timings. Snacks. Good Peer Relationships.

Cons

Possibility of been technically eroded. Code bloating due to some bad coding by some employees. No one easily agrees to code changes. Very difficult to get the processes done. Manager are technically not so good you ll end been in wrong side even though your approach is right. Below par salary and promotions. Not a performance driven company so do not expect good promotions.
