Good products and loyal customers. C-Level management that is not afraid to make hard decisions to keep the company afloat in a challenging Storage market. Mostly open communications helps keep morale at good levels.
Cons
Taking a long time to break out of start-up bad habits. Big company that has only recently realized it's not an agile start-up anymore. Growing pains.
